Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you want to return some merchandise, please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible. To review our great guarantees click here.

  1. In order for us to process your return efficiently, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before sending anything back. To request an RA, simply contact our Customer Care Center by calling us toll-free at: 1(800)670-5020
     

  2. Along with your RA, you will be issued a pre-paid freight label for sending back your order.

     

  3. All products must be returned in the packaging in an as-new condition.

     

  4. We are unable to ship or make refunds/credits until we receive the products being returned.  If you need a replacement product right away, we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order.  Your new order will be processed immediately.

     

  5. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department.  All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit.  Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect merchandise carefully as to contents and conditions upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a PriceFloor.com Customer Service Specialist immediately at 1(800)670-5020.  Please supply the Specialist with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail.  The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number.

PriceFloor.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the damaged or missing items provided it was noted on the paperwork you signed at the time you received the order.  No Claims will be allowed without such notes being made. You Must save any damaged material and have it available for pickup. If you submit a claim for damaged material and do not have the damaged material for us to pick up, you will be billed for the replacement material and the freight to get it to you. If you refuse an order, you will be charged the actual original freight cost, the return freight cost and any restocking fees that might apply, which is 25% of the order. all the immediate order cancellation subject to 10% processing fee.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from PriceFloor.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping cost. A restocking fee will apply. The items must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. For no reason will merchandise be accepted after 30 days, a 25% restocking fee will be charged and you are responsible for the entire shipping charges (to and from). Our shipping cost usually is more than what you paid on the web site because of hidden discounts, discounts may vary depending on size of order. We do not accept returns on moldings and other accessories such as foam underlay and glue and product overages not used.
